I'm about to finish my first bottle of leviathan, but unfortunately I have only lost one pound of bodyweight. I have definitely increased in strength, but not seeing that fat come off. I have a second bottle that I will start once i'm finished, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something or should I add another supplement along side the Leviathan.
My goal was to reduce some body fat, but preserving lean mass. I'm currently 5'8 and 180 lbs. I workout 3 days a week using the 5X5 routine, and do cardio for another 2 days a week. Diet has been pretty good, and the only other supplements I'm taking are:
Orange Triad Multivitamin
BCAA's
Flaxseed Oil
I could use any suggestion that might make your product more effective for me.
Any advice or help would be appreciated
