Just got my bottle today, little hesitant to take the first dose after drinking some coffee this morning lol, but did you guys who have had results with it just follow the basic instructions or do special dosing? and do you ALWAYS take it 30 mins before meals, or just morning?

I followed bottle dosing. Both dosages taken half hour before meals. I never experienced any issues with my morning dose and coffee. Try starting with one cap, and your coffee. See how you feel. Add the 2nd cap depending on your reaction.
