So not sure that this is the best place to post...
I am a new Mom (ok so she's 19 mos). I gained a lot of weight (80ish - no kidding). Prior to that I was in prime shape and even did a couple of figure shows. I'm back to being in great shape BUT I have hmm a flap basically of excess skin on my tummy. Help me get rid of it so I can switch from figure to bodybuilding shows like I was hoping to do.
Stats: 34 female 5'4", 138
Typically I do sets that have me max up to 5. I feel like lifting heavy is the only way to go. My diet is clean with high protein (lean white, egg whites), carbs mainly from potatoes, oatmeal and brown rice and green veggies and fat from small amts of nut butter, almonds, egg and cheat prolly 3 meals.
I guess what I'd like to know too is - is it even possible for me to lose the skin? It seems so much trickier than gaining muscle or losing fat - both of which I am pretty good at. So any thoughts, please.
