Most of the time I don't. I do what I want and don't let others affect me in any way. But I know I'll have a photo taken and put up on the gym wall haha.

Again it wouldn't bother me greatly, just rather it not be there :)

Today was back and arms again. My favourite :) 1 scoop as per usual, caffeine hit quickly and stayed with me the entire workout, no change here.

My focus was good again today, not razor sharp but kept me on track.

Think this is just down to things in my head going on. I hate my job and have done for a long time but it gets me down a little at times, just got to keep pushing through.

So that's it for today, the pump was amazing as always using ILLICIT. Skin splitting, the blood really gets in those muscles fast! It stays with me the whole workout and at least 15-20mins after.

It is quite stressful, you've got to listen to people moan all the time about stuff they have damaged or if they delete something and we can't recover it etc.

It's very much the same stuff day in and day out, I work in a college so there's a lot of vandalism too which is annoying.

I enjoy the customer interaction as I'm quite sociable, shame about everything else.

Long update today as I decided to train 2 big body parts... Bear with me :)

So this morning I trained legs again (2nd time this week), my focus was on quads today and getting the form right for front squats.

1 Scoop of ILLICIT, 5.30am, yawning.... Not for long though, literally 5mins and it hit. Im amazed how fast this affects me, must be an amazing carrier in this for caffeine.

I was ready to go! Do have to say that the focus wasn't 100% again today, this is due to thinking about work again.. However it was time to KILL IT.

Front squats-

bar x 10-15 (3 sets)
110x 10 (3 sets)
135x 8-10 (2 sets)

Think my form is getting there for sure now, no shoulder pain from the bar after i re-adjusted. :)


Leg extensions-

150x failure, straight into 70x failure, into 25x failure (5 sets)... The pump was amazing with this as you'd expect.

Close stance leg press-

265x failure, straight into 90x failure (5 sets)

Lying ham curls-

110x failure, into 70x failure (4 sets)

SLDL's on a raised box-

135x failure (4 sets)

Thats it for legs. Overall it was a great workout even if my focus wasn't 100%, not the pre workouts fault however. Pump was great and energy was just right as always.

Right... Evening workout.

Shoulders-

Haven't trained them directly for at least 6 weeks now as my right one has been playing me up. I can't press wide or i get pain, so close grip pressing is fine.

Side lateral raises-

25x 20, just kept resting until i got it each set. (8 sets!!)

Close grip OHP-

110x failure (4 sets)...
I could press 135 x 6-8 before the injuryy but of course it involved more shoulder so I would be stronger.. Obviously the main focus is on my Tri's with close grip.

Rear delt DB fly's-

25x failure (4 sets)

Rear pec dec-

90x failure (4 sets)

BB front raises-

55x failure (4 sets)

BB Shrugs-

135 x 12-15 (2 sets)
225 x 12 (2 sets)
315 x 10 (2 sets)

Thats it for shoulders too... I actually took Iron Forged CONTRABAND as i didn't feel the need for 400mg of caffeine haha... Really liked it! I especially enjoyed the beta alanine tingles, I don't get that with ILLICIT.

The pump was amazing too, to be fair i did a lot of pump rep ranges, especially the lateral raises lol.

Today I hit up some shoulders at 4.45am. Bright and early so defo needed ILLICIT to pick me up :)

1 scoop, 300ml of water. Delicious! Caffeine only took 5-10mins as normal, focus was there today too which was nice, and pump was great as always.

Shoulders:

My right shoulder has been seriously playing me up so this is the first time doing OHP in about 3 months.

OHP-

Bar x10-12
110x 8 (4 sets)
135x 4-5 (1 set, didn't want to push it)

Side lateral raises-

18x failure (7 sets)

Rear delt flys (DB)-

25x failure, turn dumbbell sideways (wrist at 90) 5 sets

30 x 10-12 (4 sets)

1 scoop as usual, energy was on point, focus was great, endurance was perfect and pump was just ridiculous.


Cant currently back squat as my shoulder is playing me up, so i thought id change to front squats.

Cant really do any pressing due to shoulder pain when doing so, all pressing is done light and close grip.

Didn't train friday so had a bit of a monster session Sat morning :)

Thanks rocket. It's better, I'm basically doing movements that avoid the pain.

Worst is normally flys or wide grip pressing, it feels like the medial delt where I get the pain, however side laterals have no effect? I can basically isolate each shoulder muscle and it it's okay? Very odd

^^ legs were toast obviously, the 225 felt like 405!

Thank god I had ILLICIT furling my workout, didn't lose focus or energy the whole workout.
