Your Spring/Summer stacks for gettin ripped outta ur minds...This has been magical for me:

AM- 2 Recreate, 2 GL Stim'd Out, 4 GL BCAA-EE, 1 AP, 1 Super Cissus, 2 Powerfull, 2 NP Yohimbine, 2 NP Caffeine tabs, 2 caps NP ALA, 2 NP CLA, 2 GL Cissus-Drol

Pre Workout and During- 2 recreate, 2 NP caffeine tabs, 2 NP yohimbine, 1 PSLin, 1 Super Cissus, 1 Powerfull, 1 scoop NP Kwick Karb, 10 g Glutamine, 5 g creatine, 6 g taurine, 4 GL BCAA-EE

PM- 1 AP, 2 Powerfull, 1 Super Cissus, 10 g Glutamine, 2 GL Cissus-Drol

4 squirts lipoderm-y, and DCP 3 times/day

All the powders are NP bulk and are really pure....I'll add more as I'm sure I forgot some.....
 
Good Idea Greg, heres my 2 stage plan of attack for the next few months (will be logging both stages as well)

Stage 1:
Following this until June 1 (hopefully will get to around 7% with this):

ReCreate (4 pills per day), RPM (4 a day), Anabolic Pump 3 times on every carb up day (800 grams of carbs,) P-Slin (1 dosed on carb up day.)

Stage 2
After 2-3 week break from supplements after finishing the above I will be going for a mass/strength stack with a very high calorie diet and going to limit fat gain to next to nothing (thats what I'm hoping)

P-Slin (1 cap pre workout,) Anabolic Pump (3 a day,) Powerful (5 caps a day,) ReCreate (3-4 caps a day in attempt to limit all fat gain to hopefully nothing.) Creatine Mono (used intra workout with P-Slin and Leucine directly before training)

**Will also be following Mullet's/J's dosing scheme of AP and P-Slin preworkout with intra workout Gatorade.
**Also am planning on using powerful only but if by some chance (I don't think it will be out in time though :( ) the USP new Test Booster is out I am definitely going to use that bad boy.
**Running that monster stack for 2 months!

Do not use Gatorade since its all HFCS(it will not convert to muscular glycogen. the liver does not like that much Fructose it freaks out) just buy some Dextrose or Malto and make sure you mix some Amino Acids or Whey isolate with the sugar to get the all important Amino Acids intot the blood stream...VERY IMPORTANT

Actually powdered gatorade may have Dextrose.

Yeah, it's great for an intra-workout carb source that I use to 'double-load' with AP and P-Slin. I'm taking in about 160g of carbohydrates within 2 hours of my workout (with 60g coming intra-workout) w/o any bloat or adipose gain. Recovery's phenomenal, endurance is great, strength is up, me likey!

this is exactly the same stack i'll be running (Drive instead of RPM).

My stage 1 will last until mid-late May dependant on reaching my BF Goal.

Ive been cycling as per Mullet's instructions and severely missing the P-Slin. I actually tried cracking an AP cap into my intra-WO WPI/Carb mix - it worked, but bloody aweful tasting. PSlin aint that bad.

I didn't react too well when taking AP pre-WO and ingesting my WPI (20g) Carb (60g) intra-WO - got the tremours towards the end of my WO until I got my PWO shake down.

For a fastcarb source - gatorade and powerade, most well-known commercial products lack magnesium. I use a product called Endura:

Good call, thanks for correcting that. Probably just change it to Xtend+Bulk BCAA+Dex, then have the lecuine+mono+P-Slin on the way. Correctly dosing PFull is going to be difficult on this one.

Concerning the dex/malto difference, having never used either personally, have you guys noted better results with purely dex or a mix of the two? It is definitely splitting hairs as far as glucose uptake to an unneeded degree, but do you guys prefer a certain method (I have seen varying information regarding glycogen resynthesis being faster with the mix since malto can increase more transport mechanisms?)

I use a waxy maize/dextrose blend with added aminos pre/during/post workout with PSlin pre workout and AP post, sometimes doing both pre workout...INSANEEEEEEEEEEEE:clean:

Where do you buy that? I didn't see it my big local supermarket and the online prices are expensive as hell from what I have seen. You think costco would carry it? Worst comes to worst I'll just use the dex from NP.

I got it from Wegman's.

BP:

I use a mixture of both Poseidon and powdered Gatorade to provide intra-workout nutrition as well as phosphate and electrolyte replacement. This method isn't necessarily about hydration as much as it is nutrition - using a fast-digesting carb source as nutrition.
 
Wegman's for the win. I don't shop there often but their food courts are out of this world. I'll just try both for 2-3 weeks each and see what I respond better to.

Heard good things about Poseidon - don't think it's available in Australia yet. Nothings worse than getting an order hijacked at bloody customs
 
Dextrose gets the job done. You can either buy it from NP or find a local shop who sells home brewery supplies. Either or it's cheap and effective.
