A buddy of mine said he found some of this info good.

Thoughts on their protein theory? Perhaps it's not even worth mentioning. Surely protein is important PWO, but I'd support that it's just as vital during recovery.

Thoughts on slow negatives?

How about the articles statement of lifting when sore and lifting at 30% maximum?
