I got my package over the weekend thanks for the extra goodies which are always great when unexpected. I took my first dose yesterday for my shoulder workout and aggravated an old football injury. I think I'm going to take that as a sign and give my body a rest week this way I'm nice an fresh for my log and ready to punish my body some more.

Not bad going to start on Monday I ordered some cissus too hopefully that will come today ill just have to test them out to see how it feels this week

Cissus is good stuff. I take our Flexible joint supp, its got msm, glucosamine, chondroiten, hyalauronic acid, and cissus all in one. it's a miricle for someone like me, I've had issues with arthritis since I was a teenager, it runs in my family. So my hands, hips and knees get kinda painful sometimes.
 
Ok cool ill hold off a few more days then, I don't want you to think I'm pulling a fast one on you like some people do. Yea I beat the hell out of my shoulders going up from football baseball and surfing.
