Hey I have a small bit of gyno on both of my nipples I know that the only way to get rid of it is through surgery but I was wondering if letrozole would make it to where my gyno was almost non existent. I know I will always have the tissue but can I make it to there it is extremely small? My gyno isn't super bad its a small lump in each nipple.
 
You can try it. You'll want to start at .625mg 1/4 dose Ed an assess tolerance to sides.
Keep going up as high as 2.5mg Ed if you can handle the sides, even at 1/4 the dose, it's going to knock out your estrogen an dry you up bad.
Cracked skin around areas like heels, knuckles, elbows, knees, etc.
You'll also want to use a serm post ai to prevent rebound. I prefer clomid, but others I'm sure will chime in their preferences.
Rebound is a risk with any ai.
