Letro to Nolva

Hi Guys I'm using liquid letro to lower my e2 levels and to destroy my puffy nip. Now I have some Erase, PCT Assist, Cycle Assist and some Nolva. What I want to know is how do I go about tapering into my Nolvadex (Tamoxifin) to stop the puffy nipples from coming back. How would I go about this transition during PCT.

You can start nolva at its rec dosage, and just stop the letro (but not before starting nolva)

Then you'll want to taper the nolva down

Pct assist can be ran now as well.

Solid advice. I had a little bit of gyno flaring up in one nipple in the past. I did just this. I didn't have letro on hand so I started with nolva. Once the letro came in I switched over to it. Once the puffy nipple went down I switched back over to the nolva and finished my cycle while taking nolva daily. I haven't had any gyno issues since.

yea, it can be done either way, either ai first, then serm, tapered down, or serm first then ai, tapered down.

I prefer to run them together, d/t the minor interaction a serm has with the er, as it for me, helps to mitigate the low sides of low estrogen from the letro. (but this is purely anecdotal, and possibly could be placebo, lol)

either way, one should be tapered down at the end to prevent a rebound effect.
