Letro on cycle? Gyno? Help?

Running methylsten now and on 3rd week and getting soreness in left nipple and what feels like the beginning of a lump.

Have 2 weeks left on cycle. Was planning a normal Tamoxifen (nolva) PCT, with Erase and DAA.

I've never had nipple soreness before. Do I stop cycle and go on PCT now? Do I start Letro while on cycle and finish it out? What do?

Just looking for some advice and input. Thanks all.

Keep cycling, but add in letro at .25mg e/d
You could also begin using nolva at 20mg e/d

Pick up some inhibit p as well
