Legs fell tight getting weaker overtraining?

Squats don’t feel smooth anymore they are tight,(I warm up with leg extensions)my legs are shaking during workouts,I feel I’m getting weaker also during squats I will start with 315 for 12 reps then i will only be able to do 8 reps! My reps feel very tight also,what am I doing wrong?

So your first set is with 315 and no warmup sets? If so that’s your problem. 135, 225, then maybe 315 for your sets. Leg extensions are no warm up for squats.
