So would you suggest a test base? Even though that might take away from the benefit of ldg not affecting the prostate.

perhaps im overlooking something on that study, but i see nothing indicating that a test base wouldnt be nice with it. Idk how all you brahs enjoy yourselfs with such little test in your body. perhaps some of you have very little test in the first place so it makes little difference.

Regardless of a test base, This stuff should be quite suppressive. anyone reading this thread should note that running ostarine as your pct is blatantly a stupid idea.

Qucik question...adding a prohormone to LGD or any SARM won't compete with each other as far as going after the same muscular receptors? Is it more effective to add a SARM to a prohormone cycle?
 
Hey all.. first post on AM :)!!

This is amazing.. About to start my Lgd run in 2-3 weeks. looking at 4mg/ first 2 weeks and perhaps a bump depending on tolerance, and 8mg throughout week 6.
Any suggestions on length without heavy suppression?
 
Hi Mr.qb

Even using it over a period of three weeks will cause a suppression (don't confound with shutdown). But three weeks are too short to build up some muscles - it needs a period of time (the longer the better).

My next use of LGD will last 9.5 weeks. I recommend at least eight weeks. It depends on the blood work if you have to use SERM (even low dose) or you will be fine wirh OTC supplements.

No doubt 3 week aint enough. I was looking at 8 - 12 weeks. From what I have seen around people have been running it at 6 weeks and gains have stopped, and lethargy was starting to set in. I was hoping to optimize the run to the exact sweet spot of limited suppression if you catch my drift.. a regular pct is obviously in order. gotta be ready for them big gainz. ;)

TBH I havnt seen too many logs on this .. and that sort of concerned me. However, the ones i did see were all positive.

I have a wide range of cycles under my belt, however I did have some stomach issues over the past few years, sarms are the only things that wont irritate it. I am hoping this one will be good on that respect as well as all the other amazing fun facts about this compound.

I have seen serveral blood work under LGD - and it has a higher impact than everyone thinks. The cholesterol values are decreasing (some were catastropic like Stanozolol). Therefore I recommend liquids because the synthetism of anabolic compounds into liquids makes it more expensive. But mixing the powder into a tab is a higher risk.

4mg over a time period should be safe, you can take it with or without food of you have stomach problems.

The HTPA will decrease anyway, so use this information to reach the highest possible benefit. And make a bloodwork to plan the PCT (e.g. SERM, low-dose).

My main goal at this point is lean mass and size. looking to gain around 7-10lbs. Is that logical for this kind of run? or everyone just blow it out of proportions?
I ran osta a while back at 10mg for 12 weeks. Had some awesome effect on a back injury I had, and gained around 3lbs or so.. Kinda bloated me but all in all felt great.
 
This is always the same question: is it worth to take the risk? No one knows. It depends on various factors, how much real muscle mass you will gain (height, muscle mass, nutrition, training, etc. etc.). But yes, 7-10lbs should be possible. Me personally gained with Ostarine 2.4kg muscle mass ten weeks (real mass, fat and water subtracted). Nice effect, if you compare with 5kg per year.
 
This is the same question I've been asking but I'm considering Msten vs Lgd for my next cycle , I know the gains will be higher on Msten but both will shut you down , my question is does Lgd effect fsh and LH aka recovery would be faster if Lgd doesn't effect these ? Maybe I'm misinformed . The recovery on osta was quick but my goal is mass . Any opinions input are appreciated

I personally don't "believe" in PH because they are in fact real AAS and will cause a completely shutdown (and this in very short time).
As said: it depends on the bloodwork. But in general there will be only a suppression instead of a shutdown (suppression from e.g. LH 2 units to 1 or 0.7 units. Shutdown e.g. from LH 2 units to <0.01 units).

Therefore you will with LGD recover faster. The testsubjectes didn't have PCT in the studies and the main values were after three furhter weeks on the same level again as before. But that was at a dosage of 3mg/ed. With a bloodwork you will be for 100% on the safe side.

Furthermore, SARM were not that hepatoxic like PH's in general. A use of ten weeks could be done. And the longer the cycle the longer the substance can act in your body for muscle growth.

But in both cases you should have the right PCT products on hands - even you won't use it. Better stay on the safe side.

The main benefit is (for me) the selective effectd which SARM have. And if you know them and compare with PH you will realise that PH's are completely bunk. Before I will ever take PH I will take AAS.

10 weeks on something supressive sounds like death.

Who says there will be no shutdown? I said it serveral times: do your blood work and look what happened. Even there will be a shutdown the useage of LGD has much more benefits compared with a PH over some weeks.

10 weeks sounds like death? And what happens in a 24 weeks Testosterone cycle?

In the studies the testsubjectes took LGD over three weeks.
In the study there were also tested dosages up to 22mg/ed.
 
Thanks for the detailed reply , I'll try Lgd before I try a ph for my next cycle . Who do you personally like getting your sarms from?
 
You are welcome. I can't say that it's against the board rules. But if you can choose a liquid form. Reason is the possible mixing with AAS/PH/DS. It's more expensive to create a liquid form inststead to make tabs. So, you can minimize the risks of "pollution". Better take underdosed stuff than other unknown substances.
 
Okay , I've heard of some reputable companies that have theirs in liquid form so I'll check them out . I know Lgd is fairly expensive though but you get what you pay for
 
This stuff looks fascinating, and probably a nice addition to someone on TRT, considering the lack of impact on general health. Considering adding it to my epiandro run.
 
I ordered mine from a fairly new site for only 40 dollars a bottle. I was a little sketched out by how much cheaper it was compared to everyone else, so I ran at a higher dose throughout the cycle.

With epiandro you'd see clean mass gains with great vascularity.
