hey fellas what is the best and safest way to implement(cycle) these
substances. also I know this is going to sound rudimentary but the 4ad
dose and recommend by legal gear is a three pill max in 24hr each pill is
10gm,however most guys say400-900mg is ideal, i am blurry on this. thnx

That is M4AD, not standard 4AD, that why the dosasge is lower... still it is underdosed according to some people on this forum.
Run a search and see if you cant find some more info.

The LG 4-ad has 10 mg of methyl 4 ad and 100 mg of regular 4 ad. 3 pills would give you 30 mg methyl 4ad and 300 of 4ad. I believe the consensus of the methyl 4 ad was you need close to 200 mg for it to be effective but at that dose would give allot of un wanted side effects similar to methyl testosterone.. IMO you need close to 1000 mg a day for 4 ad to be effective in a transdermal form. In other words if you were taking the LG 4 ad by it's self you would need to take allot of it, probably 7-10 pills a day.
