Over 100 reps total on squats alone today. My entire body feels absolutely trashed. Legs are completely dead. its over 2 hours post workout and i'm still breathing hard... This is insane. i don't think the human body was meant to do this.
On a different note, my weight is FINALLY coming down again. I looked visibly leaner this morning upon waking. I should be 179 by the end of this training cycle. yea buddy! its coming together now.
