Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a leg workout?
I have a structural ankle problem which means I have very tight Achilles and I can't bend my knees to squat properly hence I cannot squat or deadlift. So I ask if anyone can suggest a good leg workout?

Imo you should see a physical therapist and do some ankle mobilization stretches. Fix the problem rather than doing something else instead. It won't get better by ignoring it.
