Leg Protocol / Upper-Body Maintenance ?

Hello,
A little background: Im 40, 190lbs, strength trained with decent strength gains and little to no leg hypertrophy.
In short, I am looking for a leg-based protocol with upper body maintenance. I did some searching around and found this:

1. Is that a decent 4-week routine?
2. If not, I am most certainly open to suggestions.

I dont think its a good idea to jeopardise the progress of your other bodyparts, at least not off the bat. Usually, usually, lagging bodyparts can make the quickest progress if theyve been neglected. And by neglected I just mean you may not have been training them with the volume/frequency they require to see decent growth.

Id maybe stick with a program that youve seen progress with (assuming its decent) and try adding more volume for legs, and/or increasing frequency.

And do realise this will take some time. Like, more than 4 weeks lol.
