Left field question: how to upregulate androgen receptor expression in the penis

Ok, i know sounds weird for this forum but Ive already asked on a PE forum.


The reason I ask is because Im taking a supplement for health reasons that could theoretically lower ar expression. Well the compound was shown to lower ar expression in cancerous and non cancerous ar dependent prostate cells.


So is there a way to upregulate ar expression in the penis? Or is upregulating ar expression a general thing, meaning does it mean ar expression upregulation is the same throughout the whole body?
 
Titan penis enlargement cream. Pure DHT in a transdermal carrier applied directly to biggy smalls. Best way I know to hit those receptors directly. Perhaps not upregulate per se. Sorry I'm no pharmacologist
 
Is ar expression in the penis different then the other parts of the body? Or are androgen receptors the same everywhere?
