It not just Bodybuilding. Isn't stuff like Ms. America pageants pretty rough with politics too? Didn't a woman lose her crown 1 year because they found out she did porn? Ppl like Lee Priest need to remember that as a champion of the sport of bodybuilding, you are the poster child for what the sport believes is a champion. He's literally on YouTube cursing out and making fun of other IFBB pros such as Jay Cutler (he mentions him often) and doing destructive things. He also talks down about the Weider brothers... Sorry but you're never gonna win in the IFBB.
 
i think he uses that a a fall back. cuz his dieting has never been very good. i dont like the guy but if he could get that aspect of his game on point he could have really kicked alot of guys asses, but he over now and it will never happen.
 
Lee looked ok it was his chest that let him down plus i saw you tube clip of him eating choclate bars not good role model
 
I think he was one crazy SOB and wouldn't trust have the sh*t he said.
 
whats wrong with chicken breast? i thought it was all about more and more protein? :veryhappy:

I live in New Jersey and hit MMG all the time. Good food and good nutrition profile. Unless of course they buy sh*tty ingredients like McDonalds but I don't think that's the case here. They're expanding quite rapidly..

I live in Jersey too and will use MMG on my cheat days during contest prep or during the off season. Not bad choices all around and their choices are in My Fitness Pal.

MMG is awesome!!! I'm from Brooklyn NY; we have our own places called Fuel and Natures Grill but whenever I am in Jersey I always stop by MMG and get the Rocky Balboa Wrap! Haha

Now if MMG was by the Tribeca Performing Arts Theater then I would eat everything in site on Saturday between prejudging and the night show at the NY Mets
 
I think how clean your diet is, is obviously going to be connected to how much gear/what gear you are on at the time. If your Blood panels are all over the place eating a ton of salty and fatty food could be somewhat detrimental I would think.
