Lecithin doseage and timing.

I've got a bottle of NOW lecithin. Dose contains 1260mg phosphatidyl chonine, 345mg phosphatidyl ethanolamine and 45mg phosphatidyl inositol.

What are the reccomendations for doseing timing and frequency?
