Nice combination of stim,diuretic compounds. I would have prefered to take this on an empty stomach but it just didn't happen that way. I felt the effects creep up on me after about 15 minutes. There wasn't a stimmed out feeling. It was more of a slight boost of energy and mood. I am still experiencing the upbeat mood and it is 4 hours later. 2 caps of this a day should be a great time. I did not notice any thermogenic or appetite suppressing effects from it though. I also would guess that with more use that the diuretic aspects would come into play. I will have to give this a run when it's beach season.
