My girlfriend likes my body (especially now that I'm finally getting back into decent shape after multiple injuries), but complains about supplements all the time. Granted they are everywhere. She is especially amazed/annoyed at Matt Pearson's stuff. "You mean this gum burns fat? What next? Fat burning hot sauce on our food? What next? You rub this crap on your gut and it burns fat? What next?"

LMAO. She's pretty cool, she's just skeptical and thinks I tend to obsess (doesn't everyone on here?!) over the crap.

These women have more creams,lotions,makeup,sprays, etc........ than we will ever have in supplements.

:whiner: LMAO...I completely know that feeling. Since we moved into a smaller house, I lost my "man room". All I have now is my bathroom which I call the fortress of solitude.

another excellent workout today! Side note I started lean gains today time to shed a little lower BF.

My last week on the stack sory to say as it's been a fun ride. I feel I'm making huge progress the past 10 days. Muscles look thick I'm starting to scare myself.

Today was chest/shoulders/Triceps

I don't do high volume in my workouts . I'm not against it but try and limit my self to hitting each muscle group with 3 movements with 3-4 sets each. I then move on to the next muscle group. It works for me and I'm out of the gym in a hour or so.

Strength- new levels of goodness Im strong as a I've ever been in my life.

Endurance - again I can keep going on and on

Recovery - no soreness

Sleep - never been better

Libido - very high . Crazy sex dreams . That's the MassHGH working it's magic. Wife has me on the pay no mind list so can't take advantage.

Weight - I was eating like a horse but I cleaned up me diet over that time period and I'm losing weight but retaing strength .

Attitude - Alpha in the gym calm otherwise. Nice feeling of well being.

I'll have a final review up on Friday. I only have 2 more trips to the gym before I'm done with both. (now I never said I didn't stock up on the crazy prices Nutraplanet had) . Thanks to everyone that followed along.

Winding down . I tried to get some back/shoulder shots. Final review I'll get some better angles.
I think I added good mass to my back and shoulders this run more than anything else.
