This heat wave is something else. I see min 90 degrees all week this week.
Got called in again to help my friend out they are super backed up. Only workout type things I've gotten in recently has been bodyweight and kettlebell stuff. Lost some definite weight from the heat. Have a workout later today I'll share. High is 103.

Yeah. Unbelievable really, but the whole rest of the week is supposed to be hot and all of last week was. You pretty much gotta take it or you can't workout at all!
Workout
A: Power Snatch- 10 singles in 10 minutes. 95*1 for 2 reps. 100*1 for 8 reps.
PR Zone 1: Perform exercises back to back as time allows (10 minutes)
B: Barbell hip extensions- 100*5 for 7 sets
B2: One arm DB row- 55*5 for 7 sets
PR zone 2 (10 minutes)
C1: Snatch Grip Low Rack Pulls- 185*5 for 7 sets.
C2: Calf Raises- 135*10 for 7 sets
Finished with some core work and a bit of jump roping. Insanely hot in the gym and sweat pouring off everywhere, gotta love it!

Nice detailed review Geo. Very pertinent to things I wanted to hear about and to the point as usual.
I totally agree with you on recovery. It took me a week and lot of BCAA to get back to normal. The first week off the stack was horrible as far as trying to recover.
I also do not have issues falling asleep. I did get more groggy on this stack also, but the rested sleep is more than worth the minor discomfort.
