(This might seem to be a wimpy workout from a body-building standpoint, particularly since most of my weight training is static holding rather than lifting and lowering, but prior to my surgery my muscular development was prominent, well formed, balanced, and highly defined. (My weight-training options are restricted by a variety of orthopaedic and autoimmune problems.)
Why do you want to log MASS HGH?:
(1) I am half way through a six-week recovery from cervical spine surgery, and I have already lost 10+ lbs of muscle. This week, I began some light work with small dumbbells (against doctor's orders) in the hope of curtailing further muscle loss. But I imagine that when I return to the gym in three weeks, I will have a long way to go just to get back to where I was, and any assistance will be welcome.
(2) Even before the surgery, maintaining my muscle mass was a challenge, despite ingesting 200-300g of protein per day (other diet details: no meat, no sugar, minimal fat/oil, no gluten, no processed foods, medium to high fiber). And I would have preferred to add another 10 lbs of muscle (without increasing body fat). Here too, any assistance will be welcome.
