So it says to take 2 but don't exceed 4 in 24hrs so I'm doing a havoc 30-30-30-30 cycle is taking 2 cycle armor enough for one day at 30???

Sure, its fine.
After week one with no problems, bump your dose to 40mg/day. Epi shines at 40.
5-6 hours apart taking 20mg 1-2 hours preworkout.
