12:00 Lunch meat sandwich on ww bread. Glass of milk Half a banana

Workout 12:30 m/w/f. Cardio Saturday or Sunday

2:00 eat big. 2 chicken breast some greens and a pb and banana sandwich on ww

7:00 lean meat or chicken some brown rice some greens
