leaning out for beauty pageant

I have a girl friend who wants to lean out before a beauty pageant. She only has a couple of months. She is maybe 5'5 and weighs around 130 and would like to get close to 110 ripped as hell so she can win the swim suit portion. What kind of diet do you all recommend?
 
meal 1- oat meal and whey

mean 2- cottage cheese, half a wheat bagel with peanut butter

meal 3- chicken or tuna with brown rice

meal 4- chicken or tuna with brown rice and broc

nothing after 6 except cottage cheese or protein before bed

only water or unsweet tea and tons of it

all meals spaced out 2-3 hours
 
Does that look good? Should I add more meals or anything else? How much cardio would you suggest. Do you think I should put her on any sups? She does have experience with clen but im trying to steer her away from the drugs.
 
her body type puts on muscle and fat very easy. I actually wish i could put on muscle as fast as she can.
 
supps i would steer clear of but if its a must, good fat burners ive used, are lipo 6, methyl ripped, hot rox, and havent used but heard alot of hype on it Leviathan reloaded might be something to try out. I would recommend cardio atleast 3 days a week, like monday, wednesday, saturday and resistance training atleast 3 days a week
