doesn't look like you're doing much calorie cycling.

2600 cals on workout days and 2500 on non workout days?

what does your cardio regimen look like on workout and non workout days?
 
I've seen people on other forms do Psmf on the off days while +20 on days but keep researching just check other forms...you'll find answers!
 
any updates on this? I started following this today. Pretty determined to see it through but I am just looking for results others are experiencing. I could have sworn I read a large thread about this method yesterday but I can't seem to find it.
