Been a while since I have used LX and have heard the version under Designer was more effective. Anyone else noticed this?
 
What is the best dosage/timings for Lean Xtreme? 1 upon waking before breakfast, 1 four hours later, and 1 before bed or is 2 caps per day sufficient?

Also, just noticed that LX is now time release? Better or worse or ???

Dosing looks good. Stick with 3.
 
I used this when it first came out years ago, and it was rough on my joints. I beleive the formula changed a few years ago. Anybody having this issue with current version?

This happens to some people who are sensitive to the lowered cortisol drying out your joints. Some people drop it to 2 per day and still get great results.

I would imagine its the same with the new one if you had issues with the previous, but as I said you could get away with 2.
 
FI was wondering because I'm taking how lx how it says one upon waking up and the other one 4 hours later and I'm wondering when to take the last one I gork out around 7 pm and I get home around 10:30 so do I take my last one pre workout at 7 or do I take it when I get home from the gym or maybe I take it somewhere in the time I'm in the gym? Idk I just really want to get the best results out of this.
