I just purchased lean xtreme for cortisol control in my pct. Should I start taking it on the first day of pct like my nolva, clomid, and recycle?

from what i've read, the typical way to do it is wait a week or so.

take it at the start of week 3 of PCT take 3 caps a day and run for 4 weeks

I run it from day one. Some people say to wait but it doesnt take long at all for cortisol to spike so I play it safe. Probably cant go wrong either way.
