Well, I've decided to oficially end the cycle on sunday. PCT on monday. I'll post with my final thoughts tomorow.
 
Well boys, this is the final entry of Lean One's Reloaded. Yesterday was sunday and the final day on. Today is the start of PCT.(more on that later.)

I weighed in sunday at 166. :cool: That's 12 lbs total between both compounds.(each used separately)Bodyfat is the same of lower.

I want to send out a HUGE thank you to Sldge for bringing these products to market. This has been beyond a doubt the most successful cycle I've run to date. I feel like I've taken things to the next level for me, and It wouldn't have been possible without products as effective as these. So BIG PROPS TO SLDGE! :cool:

I learned a lot about using these two compounds in the most effective way for me, and I'm pretty confident that the next time I use them I will be able to get as good or better results with less time on.No need to waste any time working up dosages. I know right where to start.

PCT will cosist of Clomid weeks 1 through 4, Clen weeks 1 and 2, and lots of NAC,ALA, and Milk Thistle. I would also like to take a moment to thank my liver for chugging along and puting up with the abuse. Don't worry buddy I'll take good care of you now. ;) (til the next cycle :D )

Well, that's all folks. I'll post back in a couple weeks and let you guys know how PCT is going.
 
Be sure to let me know your impressions of clenbuterol for post cycle usage. I personally don't like it for this purpose, as it tends to rip the water right out of me, both extracellular and intramuscular. It leaves me looking flat and feeling small, and the subsequent muscle volume loss has lead to rapid losses of strength. I won't be using it post cycle anymore, as I've experienced that problem twice. Perhaps my problem was dosing it too high, as I was in the neighbourhood of 100 mcg per day both times.

I have decided that clen works best for me to help keep off the fat while bulking.

It's funny you mention the water loss. I weighed in at 162.5 today.I think part of that has to do with reducing carbs a little on certain meals,and just incseasing my activity. I'ts fucking beutiful here in CT, and I've spent a lot of time walking with the kids and working out in the yard. I'm not worried though, becuase I still have all my strength. In fact, I actually feel a little stronger. Also, I still have great fullness and pumps. The only real diference I see now is my abs are looking sharper. I think most of the water has come out from under my skin.Anyway, I'm keeping my calories up, and I may add a little more carbs and just make sure to drink my ass off. I have noticed I've been pissing more lately. I think I'll have a clearer picture of my real weight after a week on PCT.
 
Here's a little update on PCT.

After one week of PCT, I am down 4 lbs. Weight this morning was 162. I'm pretty happy with that, because I don't feel that any of the weight loss is muscle. I'm guessing about 1/2 water, 1/2 fat. I had an initial drop the first couple days witch was water loss i believe. Then I pretty much stabalized, and i have been holding at 162 for a couple days. I havn't lost very much size, I'm just not quite as full. Anyway, My strength is still up, and the mirror looks good. My abs and obliques are coming in nice.

I gotta say, this has been the smoothest PCT I've done yet. I think the clen is helping me keep my gains.I havn't lowered calories at all. I'm still right where I want to be as long as I keep myself above 160 witch I don't think will be too dificult. So far so good.
 
I highly doubt 2lbs of what you lost was fat. You said you haven't lowered calories at all, but you've lost 2lbs of fat. That means you somehow created a 7000kcal deficit for the week, while PCT, lost no muscle, only fat. See what I'm saying? Most likely the entire 4lbs was water. You just look leaner because you're not retaining water under the skin anymore. Congrats on the cycle, good luck keeping it all.

Ok,Ok, mabey 1 lb of fat. :rolleyes: I've been doing lots of cardio. :)
 
Nothing. This was not because of poor PCT protocol, but I have encountered some heavy personal issues as of late that resulted in a lack of apetite and will to train. That's all I will say about it here. I have gone into it in some detail in another thread in general chat. Search for it if you wish.
 
Keep in mind that My weight loss was due to extraordinary reasons. I gained like 10 solid pounds with M14ADD before switching to M-Dien for 4weeks on my first cycle with it. I would have kept on it if I knew that M-Dien would do little for me except help retain mass while cutting. M14 ADD was evrything I thought Dbol should be (having never used it but read about it.) The key is to dose it properly. ie 150mg and up.
 
150mg is an unheard of dose for m1,4add...that would scare me to go up that high. Gyno would be a high possibility. Not that I don't have Nolva on hand, I just don't want to be 2 weeks into a cycle, get the puffy, itchy nipples and A) Hit the nolva hard and compromise gains B) Stop taking m1,4add and compromise gains

Others have gone higher than me. North of 200mg. I can only speak for myself. I loved it and had zero sides.Remember. It is a DIOL roughly 15% of the oral dose gets converted to Dbol. The rest is still active in its own right and not estrogenic.
