Lean gain stack...thoughts

I'm starting this cycle on Monday will post workouts and start up pics. Will also give personal stats and my knee(s) injury history (so I don't get bashed about my legs)

Anyone done a similar stack?
I'm going to just run this for 4 weeks.

Either in the morning or preworkout. The nitrates in D-Pol are great for preworkout. You could always split the doses up also if you get GI issues from DAA.
 
The routine will consist of a 4-day split
Goal of this routine, be able to perform all sets and reps with the same weight. Once accomplished will increase weight by 5lbs next workout.

When it comes to leg day I'm a conservative lifter sense I have slight tears in both of my knees. That's why I push hard on the 15-20 min cardio sessions after every routine.
 
Should I take the ABE with my post workout shake (Pro complex gainer) or the meal that follows the shake about 1.5 hours later?

I like to take mine with my post workout meal which is about an hour after my post workout shake.
 
Think that my knees can't handle EP joints are hurting

Have you ran OG Erase yet? If not, I would recommend running OG Erase before EPro to see how your joints feel and so you can find your sweet spot (25mg-75mg). Many people like to go 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap in the evening.

Like Daxter stated, if you run EPro and have joint issues, up your fish oil dosage and grab some cissus which helps with joint pain (and you get other benefits from it also).
 
Yeah I ran erase at two caps per day and didn't experience any pain in my knees but didn't get as dry (compared to a 6-bromo did)
 
Will bump up the fish oil. Already taking a joint supplement

If you still experience joint issues, try the EOD dose and see how that treats you.
 
How is everything going with this? Noticing any benefits yet?

So far I have experience an increase in vascularity, shoulder vein is making its way out. Gained about 2 lbs scale now reads 172-174, before it was 170-172. Didn't have the chance to measure bf this past week but I believe to be around 8-11. Will be getting measured on Monday. Some lifts have gone up but just by a few pounds (still progress). Can't wait for everything to kick in full gear to see what's coming my way!

Will post my stats this Monday, sense I couldn't do it this week.
 
Yeah strength is still increasing!! Some of the my usual weights are starting to feel lighter(time to increase the load). They installed rings at the gym been trying some crazy body weight hanging exercises! Next week things are going to be very interesting!
 
The gainer is only for post and before I sleeping, with a yogurt. Carbs, lean meats and healthy fats are always first
