Lean Extreme restock date? or approx time frame?

Now before this gets locked like others as of recent... I am posting because instead of Sam being inundated with emails asking him about when Lean Extreme will be instock, he can come here and answer for everyone once.

So, any idea when Lean Extreme will be back in stock?
