Had a rough leg day today.. Leg days are the worst on keto.. and i take public transportation and the fuggin escalator was broke.. just my luck...Split my doses as usual.. The alertness is the same but the hunger pains are really gettin to me.. It could just be mental. ima tough it out. not much longer till christmas cookies..Diet is the same with some added baby spinach leaves not much so didnt bother to put into macros

once u make it thought the ruff part i think u get stronger. i broke a few pr with doing keto.

Its not necessarily the keto thats killing me.. Its probly a mix if no carbs and low calories. I might give keto a go with bulking. I just cant imahine breaking squatting PRs without carbs

Day 14

Had a horrible experience last night.. I woke up with shooting pain in my wrist.. It hurt all day really bad. Its goten a little better. Ive done some reading up online and the only explaiination i can cum up with is that i have a pinched nerve in my neck either way i dont have insurance so cant afford to get it checked out. My plan is to continue with my diet take a week off and see if it gets better. This is gnna be the time to step up my cardio. If i cant lift in a week ill finish out the log on cardio and diet alone

That sucks!! Try to ice it and throw some tiger balm on it. Could have just slept on it weird

In high school during football season I had the worst wrist oain for about 3 day and my mom finally took me to the doctor which first thought it something to do from football. But after an x ray it came out to be a cyst. It was pressing against a nerve which is why it hurt so bad.

Hope you get better. You don't realize hair bad something like that can affect you till it happens. You use you arm and wrist for nearly everything.
 
i did exactly that yo..i didnt know anyone else used tiger balm..its potent ****. prob why it comes in such a small jar. anyways awesome news..my wrist is almost completely better.. that was so bizzare one of the worst pains ever out of nowhere healed in 2 days..anyways..havnt done cardio in or lifted since wednesday but odd thing is i woke up today at a f*cking 190Lbs. have no idea how that happens.watever..my first workout back is gnna be xmas eve.i wud work out on christmas but my gym is closed.and then carb up baby!!!!!

ouch sounds rough..i was just gnna do legs 3 times a week if i couldnt use my wrist but it healed really fast so im rite back on track

Glad the pain left so quick, there's no worse feeling then to be on a role and injure yourself.

Me too man!! I tried liftin becausr it feels fine throughout the day but ot hurts to press anything. So think im jus gnna pull legs and cardio.. Yesterdays carb up was insane.. Didnt even bother counting macros..calories were off the charts though.. Gym time now peace
 
Coming up o the last few days with lean efx refined.. Think i got 4-6 caps left. Looking nice and lean..same consistant clean energy. I have definitely become tolerant because my appetite isnt as suppressed as the first week but i have mentally adjusted to the low cals so its all good.. I have to say im down about ten pounds but i think a lot of it is water weight from not eating carbs because after a carb up i shoot back up 4-5 lbs

Hell yea.. Its a little better when the product is free. But it was working if i ha another bottle id keep running it

Very decent product.. Ran it for 30 days at two caps a day..if your into that jittery cracked out stim fat burner lean efx is not for you. But if your looking for clean energy no crash with good alertness then it is without a doubt a good product to run..its not magic the effot still has to be put in to cuy weight effectively. Dropped about 7lbs in a month.thanx for the opportunity to log this. Will probly pick up a another bottle for my next cut.
