Looking at picking this up possibly, but then saw it has melatonin in it. I normally sleep from 10-4ish. I have never taken this type of melatonin so just cautious as I do not want to over sleep. Any feedback on this one?
 
although it has melatonin i dont think its mainly designed for sleep .. SNS has other great sleep supps.

Are u looking to get more sleep or need to be up 4ish ?

If you havent picked it up yet .. look into lean GLP

Looking to run a mini cut/ recomp in a few weeks. I need to be at the gym by 4:45 these days* le sigh* which is why I am concerned with oversleeping on it. I can look into the GLP also

It shares a couple ingredients, minus most of the sleep ones... could also look into CEL LipoVantage
