Lean Bulk Supplements Help

Hey brahs,

I'm looking to get some supplements that would assist during a lean bulk cycle.
My primary focus is to minimize the potential fat gain. (assuming diet is in check of course)

Not including PH's or T-boosters, what are some other supplements that can help in this regard?

I know Lean Xtreme is often mentioned.

What about something like Na-rala? (and by extension Glycobol and other GDA's)
Would this be a nice addition to keep a bulk lean?

All suggestions welcomed.
 
What body type are you?
If you are a classic ectomorph I would recommend Anabeta stacked with Erase Pro and maybe some DAA on top of that.
This stack helped tighten up my core and the size gains I got were solid and rock hard. HUGE difference in muscle shape as well.
If you have trouble keeping the fat off Anabeta and Alpha-T2 would be my guess.
 
form of ALA is your best option IMO as it will partition nutrients to their appropriate locations. I never bulk without it. X-factor, ana beta, are two other solid options as well. Something like tt33 as it increases protein synthesis in addition to increasing your metabolic rate to offset fat gain can be valuable during a bulk as well.

Look into the different forms of Carnitine's.
IGF-2 would probably be pretty sweet and at the very least aid in recovery
As others have said above ALA, prefereable Na-R-ALA would be nice. I'll be using Na-R-ALA along w/ Recompadrol for a recomp starting soon. Should be nice.
Alpha T2 would be sick as well thrown in with that.
Depending on diet maybe look to switch out IGF-2 with EndoAmp Max by Primordial Performance to help w/ Cortisol control AND GH boosting.

I'd keep it simple and wouldn't add too much.

I definitely was eyeing X-factor, although it's a little pricey.

I was really looking at the Na-rala and maybe adding in something else. So i will look at some of the recommendations in here.

X-factor + GMS + a Carnitine form Pre-workout.

If you go Na-RALA add Agmatine + Alcar or Plcar for a relatively cheap, but very effective combo.
 
Anabeta? Igf-2,?

anabeta and IGF 2 both increase testosterone which i dont think the OP wants that, idk why tho

if i were you, i would run Erase + IGF 2 + DAA but i know you said no test boosters....you do understand these are natural test boosters right?

if you dont what any of that, then i would say just eat right. i wouldnt take a fat burner cause most suppress your appetite and if you are still looking to gain, but lose body fat, you want to eat. just eat smart and train hard
