I am going with this for my first run I know I have been kicking a lot of ideas but I think this makes the most sense after this run I will hit gear .... Any advice on place to get this (lgd) due to a lot of bunk material around .... Sorry if this is out of line in advance of so I am sorry and didn't know

I'd say start at 10 and see how you do then go from there. Do you have any experience with PH/SARM's?

Definitely start at 10. If your good after 10 days or so, bump it to 15. 20 is pretty high.

I would look into getting something to be a "test base"

LGD will suppress you and lethargy will be an ass kicker without a test base
