5 days a week, 2 heavy days with deadlift/dip and squat/military, 2 light days with barbell complexes, one day 2mi run, one off day.
Diet:
3200 cals. Carb cycling with 2 high carb days at 370g, 2 medium days at 270g, and 2 low days at 200g. Protein is 200g on high and medium days, 270 on low days. Rest of the calories come from fat.
Carbs: Bulk of them come from fruit, sweet potatoes, and Ezekiel.
Fat: Eggs, fatty meats, olive oil, nuts, fish oil, small amount of dairy.
Protein: Eggs, meats, poultry, fish, whey, small amount of dairy.
Dosing:
1 cap RC per meal under 100g carbs, and total of 6 caps per day. 2 caps for meals exceeding 100g carbs. Then the GC 500mg per meal, for 6 meals, 3g total.
I started this cut at 190 before LBF, and lost a little too much weight too fast. I'll be trying to hold onto as much weight as possible and expect RC and GC to help with me that while leaning out considerably. Goals are 10% bf and to keep my strength.
I'll be editing this post later with starting pictures. Today will be my heavy deadlift/dip day, and my once-per-week cheat meal post-wo.
