There is no other way to plan a diet in my opinion. Two years ago I slowly dropped my calories and then reversed and have been doing cut/reverse cycles since then. My body fat has dropped, my lean mass has increased, my strength has increased, and I have been able to eat more calories at a lower total/lean body weight.
I'm going to have to check this out because I'm cutting now and believe I'll need to cut more but I'm not sure where to take it after this cutting cycle
