I am going to log a 7 to 8 week cut. I am taking Laxogenin 100 by High Tech, SNS X Gels, 1200 mg a day Phosphatidic Acid a day from Fearn Lecithin Granules, and Vector. I am on day 4, however the Vector doesn’t arrive till this Friday so I haven’t started it yet. Starting weight was 188.8 pounds and 22.3 percent body fat. I am 40 years old and train with weights 6 days a week. My cardio is 5 days a week for 20 minutes a day going 3mph on a treadmill with an incline of 15. My daily calorie consumption will be roughly 2,400 to 2,500 calories a day including 190 grams protein. My goal is to lose 1 to 1 and a half pounds a week while maintaining muscle. I want to get my body fat to under 20 percent so I can then run a Sarms cycle. I will be posting updates about once a week to hold me accountable.

If you are working out 6 days a week, X gels will last you a little over 8 weeks, is dosed every workout. I would not add vector, users are reporting increased hunger. Plus it’s supposed to be anti inflammatory, it wouldn’t be OPTIMAL with X gels.

I will be taking 200 mg laxo a day. Hi Tech Laxogenin 100 is dosed at 100 mg a pill so at 200 mg a day a bottle lasts one month. I am hoping it helps me maintain strength while in a deficit.

The bottle of X Gels says to take 4 a day and there is a hundred pills in a bottle so one bottle lasts about a month. I didn’t read anything on Strong Supplement’s
Website description that Vector has anti inflammatory properties, do you know which ingredient? Where did you read this bro?

I posted on another thread on Vector to inquire about if it has anti inflammatory properties and the poster confirmed
what you stated so I will not be including it in this run since I already started the
X Gels a week ago. I will save it for later. Thanks for the input as these supplements are expensive, thus I want to maximize their effectiveness. If I had known this in advance I probably would have run the Vector instead of the X Gels
because I have read so much good about it from nonsponsored logs.

Brah it’s fine don’t knock it. But only take xgels on workout days! It is recommended to take x gels for 50 workout days. So you will need 2 bottles for a full run. People will dose xgels from 1g to 2.5g.
Google the arachidonic acid help guide, you will come to a thread with awesome details. But since you’ve started I’ll summarize. Take 4-8 pills of x gels for 50 workout days only on workout days. You want to dose this with your fearns lecithin granules and a carnitine salt, either LCLT or AlCar.

Would love to take 8 a day, but that would take 4 bottles. Wife would kill me for
Spending that much lol! I think 1g was the studies dose so I am hoping that will suffice. Already feeling the occasional soreness in my knee from arthritis. It only acts up very rarely, but I am sure the ara is triggering it. Also felt tight elbow joints
Today on my first couple of sets of
Close grip bench presses. Don’t know if that was the ara or because I didn’t do any warm up sets.

Week 1 end update of my cutting log. Started a new weight lifting program in week 1, thus can’t tell if any weight lifting increases. Will be able to tell in week 2 as I will be doing the same exercises and I always log my total reps and sets. Increased muscle soreness from ara in my knee is noticeable. I was shooting to eat in the 2400 to 2500 calorie range, but probably averaged about 200 calories more a day due to increased hunger. I purchased some Glucomannan fiber pills that arrived on Friday to help curb appetite. For my weekly weigh in my weight and body fat percentage has remained exactly the same as before week 1. I stated trt a week ago so I am wondering if the reason I didn’t lose any weight is due to increased water retention from the test injections because doing the math at consuming only about 2600 calories a day, but lifting 6 days a week and doing 20 minutes of cardio 5 to 5 days a week I would have expected to lose at least SOME weight. The math from a calorie stand point just doesn’t add up so I can only contribute it to water retention. At any rate, I decided to decrease my calories to 2,000 a day starting Saturday after the results of my weekly weigh in. I don’t want to go much below that if I don’t have to because of potential sides such as muscle waisting, discomfort from hunger, and decreased energy needed for workouts. I haven’t had any increased hunger after dropping calories as the Glucomannan fiber is very effective at curbing hunger and is clinically proven to do so. I may have picked a bad time to do this cut due to the timing of simutaneously starting trt.

Update. Weighed myself before going on vacation last Thursday. Lost approximately a half percent body fat in 5 days and 2 pounds. Was eating at 2000 calories. Will be upping my calories by a few hundred a day due to feeling I lost a little too much too rapidly since most recommend a max of a 2 pound loss in 7 days. No noticeable increase in strength. Have been on vacation since last Thursday, thus will not be posting another update until I return on Sunday. Have been lifting on vacation, but ceased cardio during trip. Harder to eat healthy on the road. Road diet basically consists of a yogurt with the Granules, five 30 gram 160 calorie protein shakes, and one meal at a restaurant in which I eat whatever I want at a calorie range of not over 1300 calories for the entire meal. Will be going to casino tonight and also plan to drink several Miller Lites to intoxication. It will be the only time drinking while on vacation and cut so hopefully it doesn’t set me back too much, but hey I am on vacation!

Well time for an update! Last weigh in was right before vacation on 05/24/18 and i was 186.6 and 21.8 body fat. I had lost a half percent fat. Vacation did me in. I didnt miss any of my weight training other than 2 sessions, but i did no cardio. I returned on 06/04/18 and weighed in at 191.4 at 22.8 percent body fat. A 1 percent increase jn fat. I tried to eat healthy, but doing so on vacation proved too challenging. 2 days out of the trip i ate whatever i wanted and probably consumed 2,000 calories on each of those days above maintenance. Also had 8 beers one night at the casino. Probably a bad time to plan a cut when you have a 11 day vacation. One positive note is i have noticed increased lifiting capacity. Also had to skip taking Granules for 2 of the days due to not having yogurt to eat it with. One day ate them raw and was surprised they werent that bad! Got back to town last Sunday and am dialed back in again on my diet and training. Dont go on another vacation till December of next year which is good for my health goals. Hopefully next week i will have a better report!

I try to plan my cuts during times I know I am and can eat less. Like literally the start of a new year. 3 months of prior year overfreding in october and November lol.

Yeah the granules are surprisingly good if you just spoon them. The increased lifting capacity could be the increased muscle fullness from PA. Users usually say a couple weeks and they notice fuller muscles.

Ya it was definetly bad timing. I wouldn’t have skipped the Granules for 2 days if I knew they were good raw. Who would have thought!

Weekly update. Well the electronic scale I use must have given me an incorrect weigh in last week when I returned from vacation. Reading last week was 191.4 so I thought I had gained 5 pounds over vacation! Reading this morning was 183 pounds at 21.1 percent body fat. The reading last week must have been off because that would have meant I gained a pound every other day and I wasn’t eating that bad except for one meal a day when I ate whatever I wanted and two days on the vacation when I ate whatever I wanted. I am now down 5 and a half pounds and 1.2 percent body fat since I started my cut on 05/14/18. In the last 10 days I have lost 3 pounds and a little over a half percent body fat! I increased my ARA a few days ago to 1.5 grams (6 pills a day) to mimic one of the studied dosed in ARA. Missed 2 cardio sessions this week so only got 3 in. Kept 6 day lifting routine. Diet was on point since returning from vacation.

The body fat reading from the scale is not accurate actually a waste. Use measurements or mirror for more accurate fatloss analysis. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. I know it is not accurate like calipers, but it is the best I have to at least provide a ballpark estimate. Can notice a difference in the mirror too!
