Hey Laura,

I have tried calling a couple of times and email to AOL sucks. With the new website are you guys gonna get new email addresses? AOHell :smite: sucks vary vary badly. Please convice your people to get you @allthewhey addresses that are not just redirects.

I'm trying to see what's going on with my order. It's been a little over 2 weeks now and I am getting sick of FF cottage cheese at night. I need my Casien! :rasp:

GUY....so sorry that I was off work today!!!! I will be in after 9am EST and you can call me directly at 610.644.4147 (sorry it is a toll call) and I will check on this. I do know that we had a production back up last week but I was assured that we caught up monday........I will be there after 9am........I will be there and waiting.

Some lady picked up pissed off telling me this is a fax line and don't call back. haha :lol:

i was wondering the same thing. is there any way to find out where our orders are at? or is there no tracking in order to keep the shipping costs down for us.
 
Okay - I did give you the wrong number because I am not too bright. I am giving a BLANKET apology to all. We had a production back up and ALL ORDERS were held up by 10 days. BAD NEWS, I know......but the GOOD NEWS is that we are now knee deep in Protein and ALL BACK ORDERS are on track for shipment tonight. This includes all orders placed by July 10th.

I would appreciate an email from anyone who was inconvenienced by this so that I can make it up to you........TBONE, this means you, of course, too.

Okay... I will try the AOL address again... but seriously.... talk to your web guys about using the email accounts you have with your hosting company. Looks like the base plane at infoquest hosting has 75 email accounts and those have web access. Can you tell I hate AOL.... ? :hammer:
 
Just so we know.....could you let us know the time period of the orders that are delayed? For example, orders placed after ______ and before ________ are delayed. Just so I know if I should buy a small stash of protein to hold me over. Thanks
 
ALL ORDERS PLACED BY JULY 5TH HAVE LEFT THE BUILDING!!!!!!!!!! I am embarrassed as hell.....some of you have already received yellow envelopes from me with some small treats!!!!!! I will pack more this weekend.

I have forwarded all your messages to the big guys so that they understand that you guys are soooooo patient, but you must be notified in cases of delay. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!
 
How is that supposed to read... all orders placed before July 5th... or all orders placed back to July 5th?

And I sent you my name and mailing addres to your AOL account... get it this time?
 
Okay - EVERY ORDER PLACED PRIOR TO JULY 10th has either been shipped or will leave the dock today. This includes ALL PRODUCTS!!!!! The backlog is over and confirmation email should be arriving at your email address you used to place order. I am sifting through each and every email complaint sent to me at [email protected] and will make a care package for each and every one of you..........Laura

also, for future reference, should we try to place orders to you through your aol address, or is through the atw website fine?
 
Hey, anyone who takes the time to read this.....send the email and I will send you a small treat of product........ But to answer the question, the new webpage will debut next week and it will be GREAT. I am going to put up a link this weekend for you guys to get a peek at it! In the meantime, it is your best bet to order through me and I can process it personally.
