Latest time to safely inject gh?

Hi
What do you guys mean is the latest time I can safely inject gh without it interferring with the natural release of gh at night time?
Say I go to sleep at 2200 (10 pm).
Right now I'm injecting it all in the morning, but after bumping the dosage I'd like to split it.

When you fall asleep you don't release the GH right away. I think its an hour or two into your sleep. Usually I like to wait 6hrs. So if I go to bed at 12 I make sure my last shot is around 6 or 7.
