Last pin day and bloodwork?

So want to get blood work on my cruise to dial in my ai. Usually pin mon and thurs 100 mg each. And take 12.5 mg exemestane on pin days as well. Thinking that too much ai hence why im getting blood work tmro. So my last pin and ai use was monday. Tmro will be friday. (The day im getting bloods drawn). Should i pin and take my ai today or wait till after i give blood tmro?

If pinning and taking the Exemestane every Monday and Thursday is what your routine has been. Then I would personally pin and take the Exemestane tonight (Thurs) before the bloods tomorrow. Therefore, you can see how this dosing regiment has been affecting your estrogen and can adjust accordingly from there.

Normally, my personal preference is to see a trough reading with testosterone at least, but with E2 I think there's a good argument for wanting to see the peak level or close to it. I mean, that's being pedantic and ideal. But as Matt said, you have an established protocol so I'd stick with that and not go changing anything for your draw. You might not be catching your hormones at their highest for the week but it won't really matter, I doubt there will be *huge* difference between that and your trough.

After you give blood. That way you’ll get the levels in your trough.
