Last minute prep for non-shows?

Lets say you find out the night before youre meeting someone the next day or two days away and you want to look extra sharp but cant/wont have time to do your contest prep. What are your options other than sweatsuit and a skin tightener? Should you do light "pump" sets the morning of, just before?
 
Go with what you got. Not enough time to change your appearance. Just don't bloat yourself with food or drinks
 
Try to get a light workout as close as possible to the event so that you have some vascularity. But make sure it lasts. Or you'll look flat. Nobody likes flat muscles.

Can you explain a little better? I've heard of this, cutting carbs til the morning of then carbing up and doing very light high rep "pump" sets with a volumizing agent like CM or L-Nov. But not specifically how light, how many reps

It doesn't necessarily have be a workout for hypotrophy, just enough to get the blood into your muscles. I would probably go almost to failure. Just make sure you don't do so much that you can't lift your arms. Also if you have a day or two, you could consider doubling your carbs and lowering your water intake because in order to load the carbohydrate, you need water, so when your body is looking for water, it will be forced to take it from other stores ie muscles. This will make them look tighter and more shredded. Hope that helps.

I've hard using GDAs like Slin sane or Anabolic Pump can also cause muscles to reaally soak up carbs after being depleted, that sound right?
 
Anabolic pump and other GDAs work to manipulate insulin response, makign carbs soak faster or slower based on relation of when its took versus the carbs,.. or so my newb brain IIRC. I know i had a sample pack of AP and after eating a high carb meal my muscles did pump up nicely within the hour but not sure if thats sustainable or why. I know slin and recompadrol dont do this but not sure theyre meant to.

AP sounds like a good idea then depending on how long you vascularity has to last...maybe take some every couple hours for a continuous pump?
 
Not really a pump on vascularity, more of muscles just felt full, bloated without water gain.
