last days of dmz trest cycle a lump appeared...

happy holidays to all!
this is my fourth cycle, the plan was dmz@40, dermatrest 100/day, +25mg oral pwo, along with 100mg transform/day and 250mg of super 11.
gainz were crazy but at the last 3 days i felt a lump close to my left nipple.
i was planning for pct clomid at 50 for 10 days along with nolva 20/20/10/10
i also have prami on hand but not letro or examestane.
what do you say i should do?

Your main mistake was not having a strong AI on hand while using an aromatizing compound.

Form is terrific but it's nothing like exem or arimidex, and certainly not letro.

Drop the Trest these last couple days while you finish your DMZ and 11 up, or just end the cycle. Begin Nolva at 20 now regardless, and Clomid first day of PCT. Order exemestane today, and more Nolva or Raloxifene in case what you have doesn't last long as you need. Begin exem at 12.5 ed for a few days then EOD (unless you feel you need more, this is individual) throughout PCT.

Exem is best if you're going to use an AI in PCT, and managing fresh gyno warrants that IMO.

Also, run the Clomid for 25mg for 20 days over 50 at 10. Less moody and longer stimulation of LH. Trest is quite suppressive. Or order additional Clomid so you can run it at that dose longer. I'd have minimum 4 weeks personally.
 
The Nolva may take care of the issue. I'd order some Aromasin just in case it doesn't. And continue the Formestane until it arrives if you still have some left.

just ordered aromasin (30tbl of 25mg) along with some more nolva+clomid pharma grade
i have nolva for four weeks and clomid 10*50mg, also two bottles of transform
i ll take the nolva 20 + clomid + transform at 100/day route, until aromasin arrives
 
I have also planned for pct a sup3rpct bottle, origin and alphamax xt, should i put them on hold and focus on estro elimination and lump minimization or should i proceed as planned along with the other serms?
What do you guys think?

You wouldn't need to add both Alphamax XT and Sup3r PCT and the same time as your SERM.

I would stack the Alphamax XT and Orig1n down the road once you are all straightened back out.
 
so 6 weeks after, i have concluded my pct and the lump had minimized/disappeared...
i used nolva 20/20/10/10/10
aromasin 12.5ed for 2 weeks and 12.5eod for the following three
clomid 25/25/25/25/25
after that i stacked origin with alphamax xt & invictus
bad thing is, a week after i stopped nolva, the site of the lump became slight painfull, and it feels like reforming, i started aromasin again and the next day the slight pain disappeared.
i ve ordered some more nolva and think to continue aromasin 12.5ed or eod till nolva arrives which i plan to use 10/10/10/10.(along with aromasin)
what do you think?
how long should i prolonge the therapy?
 
That's what I would do.

2-4 weeks likely. I don't see a point going on longer than that - your estro should hammer out within a few weeks while on the nolva.
 
Dang nice, would you say it can change your physique or is it mostly just strength gains

I think I'm broken cause I don't feel anything when I run ****. Even 750 mg of test with DMZ and Msten for 6 weeks, I wasn't "feeling" anything like what you guys do. It's good in a way cause I don't feel like **** during PCT but I never feel on either :(

You're lucky, man. I feel everything, the good and the bad.

I'm currently on a Halodrol and Test E cycle, and it's my third day at 75 mg. While many guys could start at 75mg the first day, I had to take 25mg for 3 days and 50mg for 7 before I could get to this point.

My first day at just 25, I had horrible anxiety and my head felt like it was sizzling. This also happened my first day at 50, and my first day at 75. Once I get used to the doses I'm fine, but I will likely have to taper up the doses this way with all orals.

But then there's the good: after my first 250mg Test E shot, I felt super energized with a ton of confidence all day. I went to a career fair at my university and talked to a couple employers about internships. I did really well, and I think the Test played a part.

I'm lucky till **** goes wrong, if it does I won't feel it until it's waaaay too late. Now that I think about it when I was 40mg Msten and 40mg DMZ I had some anxiety but that's about it. I should be hella cautious (even tho I'm not)...

Tho looking back on it test made me super ****ing confident which I've kept post cycle. That's about it tho, I never felt aggressive tho apparently I was a bit of an ass.

That's a lot of Msten, man. I'm not sure I could ever get up to that dose, and I don't know if I'd want to.

Prolly wasn't smart but I was running a lot of on cycle support and tudca. Felt perfectly fine on it, put on 20 lbs in 6 weeks then another 15 after that with the test only cycle.

Definitely promotes physical changes. Increased lean mass, especially in the upper body as there are typically more androgen receptors there. Really good for extra glycogen storage - offers a nice full look all the time. I always become more vascular.
