This will be my first PH cycle.
Age: 23
Height: 5'6
Weight:150lbs/morning and 156ish/day
Maxes: Bench 250, Deadlift 425, squat 315
(I lift more powerlifter oriented)
Background:
Lifted a little in highschool and through out college but was hard to be very serious with all the distractions but I did what I could. Since I graduated I have been going religiously and my diet is good. Been lifting for power a little less than a year but with great results. My body needed the change.
Reason for cycle:
I have been trainging hard all winter and now want to gain a few last lbs and hopefully lean up a little with this cycle before the warm weather starts.
Pre-Cycle: (1 week)
Milk Thisle
Saw Palmetto
Red Yeast Rice
Fish Oil
Flax Oil
(Tried to get hawthron berry but couldnt find it locally)
On-Cycle: (4 weeks)
Havoc: 20/30/40/40 or 20/30/30/30 (with a few days at 40 with the left over pills) This all depends on how my body reacts.
AI cycle support: 2 times ED
Fish/Flax: 2 ED
Protein: Probolic and ON Egg
BCAA: Xtend
PCT: (How much should I dose for my body weight?)
Liquid Nolva: 40/30/20/10?
Liquid Nolva: 30/30/20/10?
Liquid Nolva: 20/20/10/10?
(I have more than enough Nolva)
Activate Extreme? or Lean Xtreme? Which is more important?
Creatine Mono
No-Xplode
Nitrix? I have full bottle that needs to be used.
I been doing research but can't find too many people with my bodyweight and full logs of PCT. So I finally decided to make a post.
