That's what I'd believe, but there are 'reports' of him doing it raw...just google it. I still don't believe it.Beelzebub said:700 shirted. not RAW. he's no mendleson. or nickw for that matter.
Rythym huh, people have told me that before and I just did not buy it. I'm gonna concentrate on rythym, and do the 225 test once a week and see how many reps I can get in 2-3 months.kwyckemynd00 said:Alot more to it than that...honestly, it was mostly getting the 'rythym' down that allowed me to do so many reps.
For the most part, I'm actually really fast twitch. My working weight is usually considerably lower than my max weight, but, using a light weight for reps is kind of like jogging. If you get a good steady pace going, you'll go longer. My cousin did 42 reps, no kiddin, and he was maxing around 405 at the time. BUT, he was doing the 225 test every week for months on end. I did it after my worksets for like 3-4 weeks before I got that result, I started in the low 20s.
Was mostly rythym...
Definitely no Mendelson, who is nickw and what can he do raw?Beelzebub said:700 shirted. not RAW. he's no mendleson. or nickw for that matter.
Nothing ! It just gets GM's feeling good about the money they spent for an unproven rookie they just drafted :icon_lol:kwyckemynd00 said:I honestly don't know what that stupid 225 test has to do with anything in football though? lol.
