labs.. take a look please

Just had new bloods drawn, I had a checkup with my doc and have been having some bedroom issues. Hard time getting and maintaining.
34yr old, 225-230, 5'11. I maybe get 5hrs a week in the gym with weights.

I was started on Test Cyp. 7 months ago @ 100mg/wk. I pin once a week instead of every 3.5 days.

I don't see a total/free test in this run but he did DHT and a whole slew of other stuff (7 pages worth sheesh).

Anything to note aside from E running high and LH low?

Agree, all three estrogen related tests are high. Time for Anastrozole. Your LH is low because of being on TRT. FSH and LH will never come back to normal range while on TRT.
 
thanks for the feedback gents, exactly what I had thought. I have an appointment with the Endo in a few weeks and hopefully an AI gets discussed.
 
Just had my appt with my endo and he put me on 1mg/day anastozole. Blood work again in 2 weeks and at 2 months.

Will see how this goes.

1mg a day?? Man that's WAY TOO much! Get a pill cutter and cut the pill in fourths. Take one of the quarters every 3.5 days. Arimidex (anastrozole) is VERY strong. Taking 1mg a day will bottom out your E2 and it will suck bad.
 
I agree, I should've put the sarcasm tag in there. I was planning on running .25mg 1day after each shot (3.5day between). That would be the easiest for me to schedule.

Same here. 0.25 mg E3.5 days one day after injection of testosterone C.
 
Your adrenals are more then likely shot to hell
May have poor sleep hygiene as well as quality of sleep may not be adequate
Potentially b-12 mitochondria deficiency
Elevated e2 - I would get proper testing done. results depends on the methods used.

Labs are a waste if there is not proper history provided to validate them
 
The estro test results are confusing to me to read:

Estradiol Lvl : 23^,16^
Estrogen: 33^
Estrone: 17^

Estradiol, method ICMA Ranges 0-56 pg/ml
Estradiol by LCMSMS ranges 14-53 pg/ml
Estrone by LCMSMS Ranges 13-45 pg/ml
