any insight.
Natural
Test = 848
Shbg = 81 (16-55)
Free Test % = 1.15 (1.60-2.90)
Free test = 97 (47-244)
Test bioavaliable= 259 (131-682)

I am 45 year old male. I don’t want to do trt because body produces great at my age. Lh=8.1 fsh=8.86.

Only thing was progesterone was .31 which was high. No clue why

What do you suggest perhaps. My symptoms are strength loss in gym and little tired

Take a natural supplement that will help lower SHBG some, raising free/available test levels. Something like stinging nettle extract, tongkat ali/longjavk, or boron, just for example. Or you could cycle through these even.

A far better test than free test is bioavailable test if you can get your Dr to order it. Testosterone is basically in 3 buckets , bound unusable, weakly bound to albumin and useable and completely free. Bioavailable measures the the weakly and unbound. I assume you have your E2 numbers as well?

.31 progesterone isint high, it could be low actually, The range is 0.1-1.0 for ng/ml or 1.0-3.2 nmol. (What's your reference range measured in)

If progesterone is being measured on something else I'm not aware of, and it is a little bit high it's not something to worry about because it fluctuates a bit.

If your progesterone is low, and you're in a situation here where you have high testosterone but lower end free and bioavailable and low progesterone, I'd look at shbg and my thyroid function.
