Hi, I was hoping if someone here could help me in analyzing my test results and what my next step/tests should be. I’m going to go to the Endo in the next month and I’d like to be prepared as possible to discuss my options, so I am appealing to the knowledge base here.
Stats-
23 years old
6’3” 220 lbs – Used to be 340 lbs, but was able to cut down to 204, and now am settled at 220
Symptoms –
Weight loss plateau – Taken about a year to lose 10lbs, just doesn’t want to fall off anymore. Changed diets, workout patterns, spoken to nutritionists, nothing has been effective.
Low Energy
Poor sleeping patterns – sometimes I can get to sleep fine, other times I’ll be lying there till 4 before I finally drift off
Hair loss – Started losing/thinning hair at 12 and it kept going on for 9 years. It’s a diffuse loss on all parts of the head, with the sides too, so pretty sure isn’t MPB

*One thing to note is in 2010 I was on a full protein, no carb diet. 2012 I was on a Paleo type diet. 2013 am on a vegetarian + Protein shake diet.
