Hey everyone.
Curious when the best time to take labs for TRT is on both a 1 pin / week protocol (Wednesday)
And a 2 pin / week protocol (Wednesday / Sunday)
Been doing 6 years of
140mg / week split into 2 pins. Always tested 72 hours after 2nd pin and usually hovered around 28-34
Changed to 1 pin a week for convenience. Tested again at 72 hours after pin and was sitting at 48 which is highest I’ve ever been. I’m clearly spiking higher due to switching to a single pin / week
So I’m curious when the most optimal time to test for both protocols would be and where I should be sitting for a 34 y/o male.
Do you test the peak or test the dip? I’ve heard both ways being done
